SEPCO® flax packing is constructed with a square braid and lubricated with a pure edible tallow and wax compound, which is non-graphitic. This packing is non-contaminating and does not contain graphite.
ML2240 provides a softer and more flexible packing with shaft speeds advantage of up to 3,300 FPM to perform in color sensitive environments. ML2240 complies with the FDA and USDA requirements under Title 21 Food and Drugs, 178.2570, Lubricants with Incidental Food Contact, 177.1550, Perfluorocarbon Resins.
ML4002 is engineered with finely ground particles of the highest quality graphite in a PTFE matrix to control graphite migration. SEPCO® ML4002 is 100% GFO® Yarn certified by W. L. Gore Seal of approval. This compression packing is an excellent all around packing exhibiting good thermal conductivity characteristics resulting in higher shaft speed FPM ratings.
SEPCO® ML4800 is constructed with aramid fiber. Each strand is individually treated with a PTFE coating and a light, inert oil. This product is a great performer in extreme abrasive environments.
Multi lock braided flexible graphite packing. No added lubricants or binders to cook out or become brittle.
Soot blowers are used for removing soot build-up from boiler tubes typically associated with fossil fuel burning and power generation. Laurel Rubber & Gasket offers soot blower sets for most soot blower models. These sets consist of chevron-style middle rings to accommodate both the rotational and reciprocating motion of the soot blower lance tubes, and male and female end rings that conform to the stuffing box. These corrosion-resistant sets feature good heat dissipation and low friction generation, resulting in low power consumption and reduced downtime and maintenance. They are available in filled PTFE or graphite.
Reduce the risk of installation errors by upgrading to SEPCO self-contained cartridge seals.
Internally and externally mounted design allows for easy installation and maintenance.
Common sealing rings available in a huge variety of sizes (standard & metric), materials, and hardnesses.
